| A Few Words From Our President |
|
Larry Salerno, the President and Founder of Pinnacle Brokerage Firm , comes from a background of over 17 years of direct selling experience.

He started his career at the age of 19 selling educational books door to door for the Southwestern Company. After building an organization of over 385 students that sold each summer, he moved on to start a company called Oxxford Direct, which sold high-end men's clothing to CEOs in their offices. Within three years Larry became the Vice President of all recruiting and training for the Tom James Company, the largest manufacturer of custom clothing in the United States.
In 2001 Larry set out to found Pinnacle Brokerage Firm . Pinnacle Brokerage Firm is set up as a brokerage firm with Family Heritage Life Insurance Company of America producing over $6.5 million of new sales each year and rapidly growing. In 2008, Pinnacle Brokerage Firm ’s projected sales from $6.2 million with over $11 million in sales currently in force.
The growth of Pinnacle Brokerage Firm is astounding. Through solid principles, strong work ethic and high goals our opportunity as a sales professional and leader is second to none. |

Have you ever had a song stuck in your head, and no matter what you are doing or how intense the day is, the melody keeps replaying over and over in your mind? I wonder why this happens. I believe it's because either the song is really annoying or it has some psychological benefit your brain needs at that time to continue responding to its fullest potential.

The reason I bring this analogy up is, when something is so important to you that you are spending every ounce of extra energy on it, it must truly be of significance to you. This is the foundation upon which Pinnacle Brokerage Firm was founded.
When I first thought about building a company, I remembered a quote that I have believed in for many years. “You don’t build a business, you build people and people build a business.” It was at this point that I knew the bench strength of this company would come from the people we hired. It’s not what we know, it’s who we are that will determine our ultimate success. |

first
is Heart.
You must
have a
true desire
that comes
from within
to never
give up
no matter
what the
circumstances.

The
second
is a strong
Purpose.
Without
the right
purpose
behind
what it
is that
you are
doing,
it’s
really
easy to
let life
get in
your way.
When this
happens,
we get
off track,
usually
both in
our work
as well
as our
personal
life.

The
third
is a great
Attitude.
By maintaining
a great
attitude
at all
times
and having
a positive
outlook
on life,
you will
find life
and work
both seem
easier
on a daily
basis.

The
fourth
is the
belief,
“You
get out
of life,
what you
put in
the lives
of others.”
By helping
enough
other
people
get what
they want
out of
life you
will be
rewarded
by it
coming
back in
your own.

Within
our leadership

is that
people excel
through
positive
reinforcement,
encouragement
and consistent

not only
in the workplace

personal

well.
But before
you decide
on a career

habits I
listed above.
Now as you

your decision

let me warn
you of the
importance
of habit
to your
decision.
So often
I see people
come to
work with
our company
just to “try
it out.” Well, that
never works.
You must
make the
decision
that this
is where
you truly
want to
be to build
the future
for you
and your
family.
You must
be willing
to do whatever
it takes
in order
to be successful.
Here’s
the best
advice I
feel I could
ever give
you. Any
resolution
or decision
you make
is simply
a promise
to yourself,
which isn’t
worth a
thing unless
you have
formed the
habit of
making it
and keeping
it. And
you won’t
form the
habit of
making it
and keeping
it unless
right at
the start
you can
link it
with a definite
purpose
that can
be accomplished
by keeping
it.
In other
words, any
resolution
or decision
you make
today has
to be made
again tomorrow,
and the
next day,
and the
next, and
the next,
and so on.
And not
only does
it have
to be made
each day,
but it has
to be kept
each day,
for if you
miss one
day in the
making or
keeping
of it, you’ve
got to go
back and
begin all
over again.
But if you
continue
the process
of making
it each
morning
and keeping
it each
day, you
will finally
wake up
some morning
a different
person in
a different
world, and
you will
wonder what
has happened
to you and
the world
you used
to live
in.
The opportunity
