Who I am is not important, but what I do is. In our work we can make a difference in the lives of others. Never underestimate the power of your actions. With one small gesture you can change a person's life, for better or for worse. God puts us all in each other's lives to impact one another in some way. Look for God in others. You should work as if everything depended on you and pray as though it depends on God.

As a family:

How to make a decision to work here:
If you are going to make a career for yourself here with Pinnacle money can not be your number one motivator, it should be there but not number one.  I turned down an opportunity where six fugures was a foregone conclusion, but when I asked the interviewer how it was that he helped people...he replied simply that he did not.  That is what we do here at Pinnacle, we educate people, we help them make decisions, we show the best product on the market and then we back it up by putting our hearts in front of it all and giving the best service you'll find in the insurance business.  Don't come here for the money, come here to make a difference and the money will follow.
